UPDATE 3/31/2020 COLORADO

Dear valued High Level Health Customers,
All clientele, Recreational & Medical, are welcome to once again come inside our Denver locations. Currently, we are allowing one person per budtender & one person in the lobby. We ask that you please stay outside & continue to honor responsible social distancing of 6 ft at all times. UPDATE 3/27/2020 COLORADO

Dear valued High Level Health Customers,

Our Market and Dumont locations will be operating with shortened hours starting today. These two locations will be open from 10am to 8pm. Our Colfax and Lincoln locations will be open with regular hours – 8am to 10pm. This is a temporary measure and our hours will return to normal as soon as possible.

UPDATE 3/25/2020 MICHIGAN

Dear valued High Level Health Customers,

As we continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation in Michigan, we are making adjustments to our in-store operations. We are practicing extreme social distancing at all of our locations and only keeping essential staff in-store. All our Michigan locations are open with regular hours. Currently, we are required by the state to offer only “curbside pick-up”.

Medical patients must make their orders for “curbside pick-up”. This means you can place your order either over the phone or give it to a budtender that will meet you at your vehicle. All transactions must still take place on our licensed premises and on camera.

  • If you make the order over the phone, you will then stop by the provisioning center and give the budtender at your vehicle your full name. They will then take your cash, go into the provisioning center to get your order, then bring you your order and your change.

  • If you did not make an order over the phone, your budtender will take your order at your vehicle and then take your order & cash, go into the provisioning center to get your order, then bring you your order and your change.

We are diligently working on getting our online ordering system up and running and we will bring you updates on that in the near future. We appreciate your patience and flexibility during these difficult times and we will continue to do what we can to provide you our services.

UPDATE 3/24/2020 COLORADO

Dear valued High Level Health Customers,

As we continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation in Colorado we are making adjustments to our in-store operations. We are practicing extreme social distancing at all of our locations and we ask that all visitors to our stores do the same. All our Colorado locations are open with regular hours.

Medical patients are still welcome to shop in-person at our Lincoln and Colfax locations as long as they practice extreme social distancing. They are also welcome to use “curbside pick-up” at any location (see more details below).

Recreational customers must make their orders for “curbside pick-up”. This means you can place your order either over the phone or give it to a budtender in the lobby. All transactions must still take place inside our licensed premises and on camera. At our Colfax, Lincoln, and Dumont locations “curbside” is considered our lobbies, not outside. At our Market location, “curbside” is considered the top landing of the staircase.

  • If you make the order over the phone, you will then stop by the dispensary and give the budtender in the lobby your full name. They will then take your cash, go into the dispensary to get your order, then bring you your order and your change.

  • If you did not make an order over the phone, your budtender will take your order in the lobby and then take your order & cash, go into the dispensary to get your order, then bring you your order and your change.

UPDATE 3/17/2020 COLORADO 

Dear valued High Level Health customers,

As we continue to closely monitor developments with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) we wanted to share the additional preventive measures we are implementing throughout our facilities.  The health and safety of our staff and customers remain our top priority.

  • Enhanced, regular cleaning and sterilizing of high touch objects and surfaces
  • Frequent hand washing protocols for all employees, and the expectation that staff stay home if they feel sick
  • Additional hand sanitizer where available

We will continue to watch the situation closely and adjust practices by keeping all our customers and staff as safe as possible.
